Hello. I was wondering if the apartment listed here at 25 desoto place was still available. If so, do you allow pets? What is the security deposit and lease details? I noticed the listing said laundry was available; are laundry facilities available on the property? Thank you so much for your time!

I would take a look at our 1 Bedroom unit at 25 Desoto Place APT #4 or perhaps the 2 Bedroom unit at 25 Desoto Place. Both are great location, clean and perfect for students. You can contact Jason at 904.808.7368 for a viewing. Good Luck!

not in college..I want to live in old city,(room,or small apt ) for summer…july thru aug ( when school is out)……….
Being over a shop okay..can you put me in touch with listings or someone who wants to sublet….flexible about dates.
