Matt is correct If you get water included in your rent you will save at lease $50 per month. I did not realize this until I moved from my apartment when water was included.
Finding a place to live is not difficult but finding the right place is not easy. Well maintained apartments within a couple of blocks of Flagler College are at a real premium. Basically the further away from Flagler College you go the more availability you will see due to it being less desirable/more abundant. Leaving the downtown area makes little sense as you miss out on everything, commuting is a pain/expensive and school related activities become troublesome to attend.

It is not easy to find parking. Look for a place to live that offers off street parking

The starting charge for water is $50 even if you dont use it. Electric varies by use but atypical two bedroom should be about $140 per month.
