    is this place still available? if so is there any way to hold it for august? me and a friend are moving up there for school

    Unfortunately we can not hold it for August. #2 was recently rented and I suspect that this unit will be rented shortly as well. If you are interested in renting you would need sign a lease before August in all likely hood. Our units are very desirable due to condition, location & price.
